Episode Notes:
  • "Truth Be Told" is the first episode written and directed by series creator J.J. Abrams.
  • The actress that plays Will Tippin's sister is actually Jennifer Garner's stunt double with a red wig. She wears the same red wig that failed to work for the torture scene in Tai Pai because the dye coloured the water.
  • During the opening credits, a symbol appears behind Victor Garber's name - <o>. This is later revealed as the mark of Milo Rambaldi.
  • The Alias text on the opening credits is created using scenes from series creator J.J Abrams' home movies of a 4th of July celebration.
  • When Suit and Glasses catches Syd coming out of a restricted area, she tells him her boss "Ron" would kill her if he knew she was drinking. Her SD-6 boss Arvin Sloane is played by Ron Rifkin.
  • The kids that shout "Bad Robot" at the end of the episode are actually the children of J.J. Abrams.
