Episode Notes:
  • This marks Jeff Pinkner's nineth written episode.
  • "Resurrection" is Ken Olin's nineteenth directed episode on the series.
  • The ending of this episode changed for the launch of season 4 - originally, the documents held information relating to a secret project led by Jack Bristow with the aims of training Sydney and Nadia as agents so that they could deal with the Rambaldi prophecy. However, when series creator J.J Abrams came back to the series he moved the show in a different direction.
  • The official Alias website at abc.com originally had the episode description saying that Jack knew about her missing time and was keeping tabs on her and Nadia for years. When the series was re-directed, this synopsis changed.
  • At least two locations in this episode have previously been used - The hospital stairway in this episode is the same stairwell that Vaughn fought with Sark in season 2's "Truth Takes Time". The corridor Lauren uses to make her escape from the Rotunda facility was also used in #218 when Syd shot at her mother during the CIA raid at Sloane's villa.
  • This was the last episode to be shown on the UK terrestrial channel Five. Due to low ratings, the channel made the decision not to continue with the fourth season. Seasons 4 and 5 only aired on the Sky Channel Bravo.
Music Listing:

There was no commercial music played in this episode. All original score was composed by Michael Giacchino.
