  • "Nocturne" marks the tenth time Jeff Pinkner has written an episode of Alias. This is also the nineth episode directed by Kevin Hooks. The episode also marks the third time the pair have collaborated.
  • This episode received the 2005 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Hairstyling For A Series.
  • The episode was dedicated "In Loving Memory of Tricia K. Goken 1969-2005." Tricia Goken was a script supervisor on Alias for several years who had recently moved to Maryland to be with her future husband, Denis G. Tri. Both died in a car accident caused by icy roads on January 29, 2005.
