#101 - "Truth Be Told"

After her fiancée Danny proposes, Sydney Bristow decides she can no longer hide the truth from him: she is a secret agent working for a black-ops division of the CIA called SD-6. But when Arvin Sloane, the director of SD-6 discovers she has broken protocol by telling Danny, he signs the order for his ‘termination’, leading Sydney to uncover the truth that SD-6 has nothing to do with the CIA and is instead part of the very enemy she thought she was fighting!

#102 - "So It Begins"

Now a double agent working for the real CIA, Sydney begins her work to destroy SD-6 from the inside with the help of her Handler, Michael Vaughn. However, as Sydney struggles to cope with the idea that her estranged father is also a double agent for the CIA, her friend Will Tippin begins investigating the death of her fiancée…meaning if he gets too close, he may eventually share Danny’s fate.

#103 - "Parity"

When SD-6 sends Syd and Dixon on a hunt for a code devised by a man named Milo Rambaldi, a fifteenth century prophet, they soon come up against on of the world’s most deadly Russian agents – a woman named Anna Espinosa who is loyal only to K-Directorate and will stop at nothing to see her mission succeed.

#104 - "A Broken Heart"

Sydney’s fight against SD-6 takes another deadly twist as a fellow agent and friend is killed in the line of duty. Meanwhile, when Francie suspects he boyfriend Charlie of cheating on her, she enlists Syd’s help in spying on him to uncover the truth.

#105 - "Doppleganger"

The CIA works to plant another agent inside SD-6 by swapping a man Syd is sent to retrieve with one of their own. But when they discover their agent doesn’t know the intelligence that SD-6 is looking for, his life is placed in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Will makes contact with a woman named Kate Jones who claims to have had an affair with Daniel Hecht…but according to her social security number, Kate Jones died in 1973.

#106 - "Reckoning"

As Francie learns the truth about Charlie’s twilight activities with Rachel, Sydney reveals to her father that she believes he was once a double agent for the KGB at the height of the cold war, and that her mothers death was his fault.

#107 - "Colorblind"

Trapped inside a Romanian mental institution, Syd is forced to make a deal with K-Directorate in order to stay alive – get close to a fellow inmate named Martin Sheppard and discover what he knows about the location of a man he killed. However, the situation takes a devastating personal twist when Syd discovers the extent of Sheppard’s dealings with SD-6.

#108 - "Time Will Tell"

Sydney once again goes up against Anna Espinosa in a race to discover the significance of a Rambaldi clock that has been uncovered. But back at home, Sloane orders Sydney to be tested believing that she could be a double agent working against SD-6 and Will is reprimanded for his inaction regarding his investigation of Daniel Hecht’s murder.

#109 - "Mea Culpa"

When Dixon is mortally wounded by K-Directorate in a mission, Sydney must call the CIA for help. Dixon is flown to an SD-6 hospital where Sydney must help SD-6 by lying to Dixons wife about what really happened. Meanwhile, Sloane sends out an order via the SD-6 computers to agents abroad: Sydney Bristow is a double agent and must be terminated.

#110 - "Spirit"

SD-6 attempts to track down Hassan by sending Sydney undercover to an island off the coast of Kenya hoping she will uncover his location and his new identity. Meanwhile, Will begins working with a mysterious contact who has been giving him clues pointing towards SD-6. When he has a tape left by his contact analised, he hears Eloise Kurtz's murder, as well as a referrence to SD-6.

#111 - "The Confession"

Sydney and Vaughn begin their own investigation into the true loyalties of Jack Bristow, when they discover there is a possability that he once worked for the KGB, and it was Jack who killed Vaughn's father. Meanwhile, the CIA is forced to make a deadly deal...with Hassan!

#112 - "The Box" - Part 1

SD-6 is invaded by a mysterious strike team wanting access to the vault. Led by Resevoir Dogs writer/director Quentin Tarantino, the strike team quickly takes all SD-6 agents hostage leaving only Jack and Sydney to save them. Meanwhile, Will must must decide whether or not to continue his quest to uncover SD-6 and Danny Hecht's murderer.

#113 - "The Box" - Part 2

SD-6 is invaded by a mysterious strike team wanting access to the vault. #114 - "The Coup"

SD-6 learns that the assault on their office was from an unamd organisation controlled by someone known only as 'The Man'. This organisation has set up a meeting with K-Directorate in order to share information regarding yet another Rambaldi device, and so Sydney and Dixon are sent to plant a bug on one of their agents. Meanwhile, Will goes on a mission of his own to access a program named 'Dolphin'.

#115 - "Page 47"

With SD-6 now alerted to Will's investigation and his discovery of a connection between the agency and McNeil. Sloane orders Jack to solve the Tippin problem or he will be forced to take the same course of action he did with Daniel Hecht when he learned of the agency. Meanwhile, the CIA works on reading a Rambaldi manuscript recovered on a previous mission.

#116 - "The Prophecy"

The CIA managed to translate the Rambaldi manuscript using the solution recovered from SD-6 as a prophecy referring to Sydney: she will bring forth the works of Rambaldi and destroy the world. As she is questions by the DSR on the contents of the manuscript, Jack must cover for her at SD-6. Luckily, Sloane's mind is on other things - SD-6 has successfully identified 'The Man' as Alexander Kasinau, an ex-KGB agent who was also Irina Derevko's handler.

#117 - "Q & A"

Sydney is taken into custody by the DSR who believe she will play a role in ending the world according to Rambaldi's prophecy. As she works to convince the DSR she knows nothing about the prophecy, Vaughn begins working with Jack to come up with a plan to release Sydney and proove that it isnt her in the manuscript.

#118 - "Masquerade"

The DSR releases Sydney from custody as the CIOA begin searching for Irina Derevko (AKA: Laura Bristow) believeing that it is her in the prophecy. Meanwhile, hoping to come into contact with her mother, Sydney is forced to ask Sloane for a favour...against her fathers wishes.

#119 - "Snowman"

The CIA discover that Kasinau has been targetted by an assassin known as 'The Snowman' and in hopes of catching Irina Derevko, they plan on following the Snowman to Kasinau who will in turn lead them to Syd's mother. Meanwhile, Will and Francie begin to suspect Sydney has been less than honest with them when they discover a plane ticket to Italy when she said she was elsewhere.

#120 - "The Solution"

When Will's 'Deep Throat' identifies Jack Bristow as the man who kidnapped him, forcing Will to set up insurance for his own life, and then to confront Jack on SD-6. Meanwhile, in an SD-6 controlled hospital, Emily Sloane admits to Sydney that she knows all about SD-6 and Arvin's involvement with it, forcing Sydney to decide whether or not the man she hates more than anyone else, should go through the same thing as she did when Danny was killed.

#121 - "Rendezvous"

Jack begins working with Will in order to identify his 'Deep Throat' who has been leaking him information, as Sloane goes to The Alliance of Twelve to bargain for Emily's life. Meanwhile, Agent Dixon becomes convinced that Sydney is a double agent working against SD-6 when he realises that it was her he battled for the Rambaldi solution and that she used the callsign 'Freelancer' on a mission when her SD-6 callsign was 'Bluebird'.

#122 - "Almost Thirty Years..."

Sydney must do everything she can to save Will's life before he comes to any harm, as Jack discovers the identity of his 'Deep Throat' - Haladki. Meanwhile, Will's story which he gave to Abby goes public, announcing to the world the existance of SD-6 and its connection to the murder of Daniel Hecht.
