#201 - "The Enemy Walks In"

Sydney manages to escape her mothers clutches and return to the U.S, where she learns that Vaughn is still missing in action, and SD-6 is ready to order Will's assassination. Meanwhile, Jack does everything he can in order to maintain his cover with SD-6 while at the same time protecting Will. The situation takes a twist when Sydney spots one of Khasinau's men, and later Khasinau himself, who was preparing to experiment on his latest victim: Michael Vaughn.

#202 - "Trust Me"

Jack is furious when he learns that Assistant Dirctor Kendall has forced Sydney to meet with the now captive Irina Derevko in order to gain intel on SD-6, as well as the entire Alliance of 12 while Vaughn struggles to deal with the fact that it was Derevko who butchered his father. Meanwhile, Will must deal with his drug 'problem' by doing community service along with a group of other addicts and convicts.

#203 - "Cipher"

As Sark assumes control of 'The Mans' organisation, Will enters hynotherapy at the CIA in hopes that he will remember something he saw on Sarks computer screen which will help them track him down. Meanwhile, Sloane recieves a mysterious phone call at home from the Baranka Bed and Breakfast where he and his wife often stayed, and Sydney and Dixon are sent on a mission to recover a Rambaldi music box which may hold the key to 0-point energy.

#204 - "Dead Drop"

Sloane begins interogating a man recovered at Sark's safehouse, who is suffering from an unknown virus linked to Rambaldi. Meanwhile, Sydney heads to Moscow in order to access a map which will lead the CIA to the location of 'The Bible' - a book detailing Rambaldi's works. At the same time, a concpiracy theorist at Will's drugs class starts asking questions about what really happened and offers to post his story on her website.

#205 - "The Indicator"

Sydney must testify at a CIA panel in order to save her mother from execution after her father sets her up as a traitor. Later, she heads off on a mission for SD-6, where she photographs 16 next-generation weapons: children. Meanwhile, Jack begins to fear that Sydney will soon uncover his dark secret about what really happened after he was betrayed by Irina Derevko. At SD-6 however, Sloane begins to piece together a concpiracy proving that his wife is not in fact dead.

#206 - "Salvation"

Sydney, angry at her fathers manipulation of her as a child, writes to Devlin at the CIA hoping he can halt the execution of her mother. Meanwhile, Vaughn uncovers some startling evidence that the Soviert Union planted sleeper agents within the U.S years ago, based on the research Irina stole from Jack and that they are now being used by her organisation, and so employs Will as a freelance analyst to get to the truth.

#207 - "The Counteragent"

After it is revealed that Vaughn is now infected by the Rambaldi virus as a result of his exposure to the liquid inside the device in Tai Pai, its a race against time for Sydney to infiltrate a heavily armed facility to recover the vaccine. However, when she is captured by Sark, she is forced to make a deadly deal to kill Sloane, exposing her cover as a double agent.

#208 - "The Passage" - Part 1

As Sark begins his work with SD-6, the CIA learns that SD-6 now has access to 6 nuclear weapons. Sydney manages to convince the CIA to release Irina Derevko for 48 hours on a mission to recover them before they can be used. Jack insists on accompanying them. Meanwhile, Will uncovers evidence of a U.S sleeper program based on standardised tests in the 80's.

#209 - "The Passage" - Part 2

In Kashmir, Irina betrats Jack and Sydney, leaving them in captivity while she enjoys the company of Cuvee, a man she once reported to. Meanwhile, Vaughn attempts to stop an airstrike taking place which would kill the Bristows and possibly set off the nukes. Meanwhile, Sloane sets up a meeting with the man who has kidnapped his wife.

#210 - "The Abduction"

Will takes a psychological test from the CIA in hopes of becoming a fully-trained CIA Analyst. Meanwhile, Sydney is paired with Sark to go on a mission to gain access to Echelon, a computer which moitors all phone calls and emails within the U.S. But before Sydney embarks on the mission, Irina tells Sydney she deeply regrets abandoning her daugher. At the same time, the CIA decides its time to extract Marshall from SD-6.

#211 - "A Higher Echelon"

After their mission regarding the Echelon System, Marshall is extracted, but not by the CIA! As Marshall is being tortured for the location of the Echelon server, Sloane locks out Marshalls access to their computers and requests a replacement from the Alliance. but Sydney and Dixon are determined to rescue him. Meanwhile, Jack is under investigation by a woman convinced of a double agent presence within SD-6.

#212 - "The Getaway"

Jack is forced to go on the run from the Alliance, who believe it was him extorting money from Sloane by kidnapping his wife, but the truth is he was working for the CIA. Meanwhile, Sydney and Vaughn go on a date in France but are spotted by Alliance counter-intelligence agents. At the same time, Sloane mysteriously vanishes from SD-6.

#213 - "Phase One"

As Sloane goes renegade, the CIA gains access to server 47 which links all the SD cells together with the Alliance of 12, granting them the locations of all Alliance facilities. Meanwhile, Sloane's replacement at SD-6 discovers that Jack and Sydney are double agents for the CIA and begins torturing Jack. But before the CIA can make a move on their new intel, Sydney must first tell Dixon the truth about SD-6 and convince him to help her bring them down, once and for all.

#214 - "Double Agent"

As the liberated agents of SD-6 are being debriefed, Sydney, Vaughn and Jack witness the execution of a CIA Agent in Berlin via a live video feed. Sydney and Vaughn are sent to track down the scientist whom the agent was gathering intel one, while 'Francie' begins planting bugs inside the appartment.

#215 - "A Free Agent"

With SD-6 and the Alliance gone, and the Helix program shut down, Sydney considers leaving the CIA to pursue a normal life. But when her mother hears of it, she refuses to see Sydney if she remains part of the agency, but iof she leaves will be forfeiting her access to her mother. Meanwhile, Sloane and Sark kidnap a man named Caplan, forcing him to begin work on assembling a Rambaldi artefact.

#216 - "Firebomb"

When Vaughn accidentty discovers a bug inside Sydneys appartment, they discover that the bugs creator now works for the CIA: Marshall. The bug had been designed for use at SD-6. As Vaughn tries to track down whoever was litening to their conversations, Sloane makes a deadly alliance with a warlord in Kandahar. Meanwhile, Will officially begins working for the CIA as an analyst.

#217 - "A Dark Turn"

Jack enlists the help of his ex-wife in order to capture Sloane and Sark by luring them into the open with the Rambaldi Bible. Meanwhile, Sydney and Weiss work on their own investigation to clear Vaughn's name after they learn he is being investigated by the highest leves of the CIA itself on the belief that he is a double agent.

#218 - "Truth Takes Time"

With Irina Derevko on the run and working with Sloane, and Vaughn now officially under investigation, Sydney is alone with no hopes of catching the man who murdered her fiancee. But when Emily Sloane turns herself in, hoping to make a deal with the CIA, Sydney and her father come up with a daring plan to capture them both.

#219 - "Endgame"

The CIA and NSA create a joint unit in order to track down a man who's DNA appears on a Rambaldi page, fearing that an apacalyptic event is about to take place and the man Rambaldi described is somehow involved. Meanwhile, Sloane abandons his quest for Rambaldi and heads to a monestry to reflect on the death of his wife, but once there, he soon discovers something he never expected.

#220 - "Countdown"

A vengeful Dixon ignores protocol, and begins using any methods necessary to find Sloane. As Vaughn tries to have Dixon removed from active duty, Jack fights for Dixon to stay, hoping that it will give him some peace of mind since it was Jack who had previously recruited Dixon into SD-6 and sold him the lie he had lived for the passed decade.

#221 - "Second Double"

Will is forced on the run when the CIA concludes that he is the second double from project Helix, and that it was him responsible for the death of Diane Dixon. But when he goes to Francie for help, she begins planting more evidence to frame him. Meanwhile, Irina Derevko recruits Sydney on a mission in exchange of the identity of the real second double.

#222 - "The Telling"

The CIA embarks on its most ambitious mission yet - after recieving intel from Irina Derevko, a joint CIA/NSA task force head to a warehouse being used by Sloane to recover all of the Rambaldi artefacts gathered by SD-6 and the CIA. However, the mission goes south and Jack is captured by Sloane. Fearing Jack might be killed, Derevko offers Sydney more intel - the location of Sark.
