SEASON TWO MISSION REPORTS


#201 - The Enemy Walks In
After destroying the Muller device, Sydney comes face to face with 'The Man' - Irina Derevko...her mother! After returning to the United States, Syd learns that Vaughn is still missing in action and Dixon has reported Sydney as a double agent. Meanwhile, SD-6 is about to order the execution of Will Tippin. Now, his life is in Jack's hands

#202 - Trust Me
Irina Derevko turns herself in to the CIA in order to assist in the destruction of SD-6 and the Alliance of 12. The catch? She will only deal with her daughter, and Sydney is in no mood to deal with her. Elsewhere in L.A, Will struggles with his community service after news of his 'drug problem' becomes public knowledge.

#203 - Cipher
Sark takes control of The Man's intelligence group in order to take control of a satellight and track down a Rambaldi music box which has stayed hidden for hundreds of years. Meanwhile, Sloane receives a series of phone calls that may or may not be from his wife, forcing him to confide in Jack the details of his promotion within the Alliance.

#204 - Dead Drop
Sydney heads to Moscow to gain some intel on the location of The Man's bible, however Sark is also in Moscow looking for the book. Meanwhile, a member of Will's self-help program believes he was set up by SD-6 to look like a junkie to discredit his report. If he can't throw her off the trail, they are both dead!

#205 - The Indicator
Irina is scheduled for execution for providing bad intel which resulted in the destruction of her operations bible.
Meanwhile, Sydney discovers a series of next generation weapons while on a mission - children being trained as spies - which may have something to do with the hostility Jack has shown towards her mother.

#206 - Salvation
Now that she knows the truth, Sydney petitions against her mothers death sentence on the grounds that she was set up by her father. Meanwhile, Vaughn investigates the possibility that the KGB planted sleeper agents within the United States during the cold war...and some of them might still be active.

#207 - The Counteragent
Vaughn has been infected by a virus designed by Rambaldi
as part of the Muller device that was destroyed in Tai Pai. Sydney embarks on a mission to retrieve the antidote, but Sark complicates things when he gets their first and offers a deal - he'll give her the antidote on the condition that she kills Arvin Sloane!

#208 - The Passage (Part 1)
Thanks to Sark, SD-6 now has access to six nuclear and the CIA is forced to release Irina from custody for 48 hours in order to stop them from being used. Jack and Syd accompany her and the group must pose as a happy family. Meanwhile, Will uncovers evidence that the CIA was running a program to design sleeper agents in the 1980's.

#209 - The Passage (Part 2)
In Kashmir, Irina betrays Jack and Sydney, leaving them in captivity while she enjoys the company of Cuvee, a man she once reported to when she worked with the KGB. Meanwhile, Vaughn attempts to stop an airstrike taking place which would kill the Bristows and possibly set off the nukes and Sloane deals with the man who has kidnapped his wife.

#210 - The Abduction
Will takes a psychological test from the CIA in hopes of becoming a fully-trained CIA Analyst. Meanwhile, Sydney is paired with Sark to go on a mission to gain access to Echelon, a system that will give SD-6 the same capabilities as the CIA. But before Sydney embarks on the mission, Irina tells her she deeply regrets abandoning her daugher.

#211 - A Higher Echelon
After their mission regarding the Echelon System, Marshall is extracted from SD-6...but not by the CIA! Instead, Marshall is tortured for information leading Sloane to lock out Marshalls access to their computers and declare him a lost cause. Meanwhile, Jack is under investigation by a woman convinced of a double agent presence within SD-6.

#212 - The Getaway
Jack is forced to go on the run from the Alliance, who believe it was him extorting money from Sloane by kidnapping his wife. But the truth is he was working for the CIA...not exactly something he can admit to. Meanwhile, Sydney and Vaughn go on a date in France but are spotted by Alliance which leads to another set of complications.

#213 - Phase One (Guest starring Rutger Haur)
Sloane goes renegade so the Alliance has him replaced as head of SD-6, meaning Jack and Syd are no longer in the inner circle.
However, thanks to a slip-up in security, the CIA learns of a weak spot in the Alliance's computer system - a weakness that could bring down all 12 SD cells from around the globe.

#214 - Double Agent (Guest starring Ethan Hawke)
As the liberated agents of SD-6 are being debriefed, Sydney, Vaughn and Jack witness the execution of a CIA Agent in Berlin via a live video feed. Sydney and Vaughn are sent to track down the scientist whom the agent was gathering intel one, while 'Francie' begins planting bugs inside the appartment.

#215 - A Free Agent (Guest starring Christian Slater)
With SD-6 gone and the Helix program shut down, Sydney considers leaving the CIA to pursue a normal life. But when Irina finds out, she refuses to see Sydney if she remains part of the agency...but if she leaves will no longer have access to her mother. Meanwhile, Sloane and Sark make plans to assemble a Rambaldi artifact.

#216 - Firebomb
When Vaughn accidentally discovers a bug inside Sydneys appartment, they discover that not only is she under surveillance but the bugs creator now works for the CIA - former SD-6 agent Marshall Flinkman. While Vaughn tries to track down whoever was responsible, Sloane makes a deadly alliance with a warlord in Kandahar and Will officially begins working for the CIA as an analyst.

#217 - A Dark Turn
Jack enlists the help of his ex-wife in order to capture Sloane and Sark by luring them into the open with the Rambaldi Bible. Meanwhile, Sydney and Weiss work on their own investigation to clear Vaughn's name after they learn he is being investigated by the highest levels of the CIA itself on the belief that he is a double agent.

#218 - Truth Takes Time
With Irina now free and on the run with Sloane, Sydney is alone with no hopes of catching the man who murdered her fiance. But when Emily Sloane turns herself in hoping to make a deal with the CIA, Sydney and her father come up with a daring plan to capture them both in one operation.

#219 - Endgame (Guest starring Christian Slater)
Syd discovers that Elsa Caplan was actually a foreign intelligence agent much like her mother once was, leading to her implication in her husbands disappearance. Meanwhile, Irina and Sark get close to assembling Rambaldi's device and Sloane decides it's time to take revenge for the death of his wife.

#220 - Countdown (Guest starring David Carradine)
The CIA and NSA create a joint unit in order to track down a man who's DNA appears on a Rambaldi page, fearing that an apocalyptic event is about to take place. Meanwhile, Sloane abandons his quest for Rambaldi and heads to a monestry to reflect on the death of his wife, but once there he soon discovers something he never expected.

#221 - Second Double
Will is forced on the run when the CIA concludes that he is the second double from project Helix and that it was him responsible for the death of Diane Dixon. But when he goes to 'Francie' for help, she begins planting more evidence to frame him. Meanwhile, Irina Derevko recruits Sydney on a mission in exchange of the identity of the real second double.

#222 - The Telling
The CIA embarks on its most ambitious mission yet - after recieving intel from Irina Derevko, a joint CIA/NSA task force head to a warehouse being used by Sloane to recover all of the Rambaldi artefacts gathered by SD-6 and the CIA. However, the mission goes south and Jack is captured by Sloane. Fearing Jack might be killed, Derevko offers Sydney more intel - the location of Sark.
