1.01 - "Decision"
After an attack on the North American Companion, Police Chief William Boone is recruited by the Taelons to become their Commander of Security. But before he can accept, he is approached by the leader of a Resistance Movement, determined to see the Taelons off of our world, asking him to become a double agent.

1.02 - "Truth"
After settling into his new job, Boone actively begins investigating the death of his wife, placing his position with the Companions in danger and putting the whole Liberation Movement in danger. Meanwhile, Doors begins work to uncover the Companions hidden agenda.

1.03 - "Miracle"
When a young girl named Julie becomes the first person to undergo Taelon limb regeneration therapy to restore her arms, she begins to see the Taelons as angels, and joins the Church of the Companions. But when Boone begins to fear that the Taelons may terminate the treatment program, its a race against time to save her.

1.04 - "Avatar"
Boone and Lili begin hunting an escaped criminal named Pike, who also happens to be the first recipient of a CVI. But when it is revealed that Pike's CVI also contained extra information regarding the Taelons mission on Earth, Doors demands that the Liberation get Pike first, as the Taelons order everyone involved on the manhunt that he has to be killed on sight.

1.05 - "Old Flame"
Boone's identity as a double agent is placed in danger when a woman from his past causes him to act with unrestrained passion, only months after the death of his wife. As Lili works to find out what is causing Boone to act so strangely, Doors is forced to plan for the worst by having Boone killed.

1.06 - "Float Like A Butterfly"
Da'an sends Boone and Lili to an isolated Amish village to investigate of Companion Reaction Syndrome, a condition which caused hundreds to commit suicide when the Taelons first arrived on Earth. But as they investigate, they soon learn that CRS isn't the issue. Meanwhile, Doors goes into deep hiding without telling Boone.

1.07 - "Resurrection"
Doors interrupts a worldwide broadcast of the World Bowl, announcing that he staged his death and that there is an organised Liberation Movement, working to remove the Taelons from our world. Outraged at this, the Taelon Synod removes Da'an from power, and replaces him with Zo'or, who believes humanity is a weak species would should be conquered.

1.08 - "Horizon Zero"
When Humanity's first mission to Mars is cancelled, Captain Paul Chandler, the man who was to lead the mission, resurfaces in Lili's life. Using his personal relationship with Lili, he manages to steal her interdimensional shuttle in order to go to Mars. Its a race against time for the Liberation to find Paul and the shuttle before the Taelons do.

1.09 - "Scorpions Dream"
Sandoval, Boone and Lili are dispatched to recover a skrill, stolen from a Companion facility where the creatures are genetically modified into weapons. The search takes an intriguing twist when they discover that the scientist who stole the skrill isn't the one in control...the skrill is!

1.10 - "Live Free Or Die"
When Da'an is kidnapped by a radical Resistance group, the Synod declares him a lost cause, blaming the kidnapping on Doors. As Da'an begins a process which will kill him, its a race against time for Boone and Lili to find Da'an before its too late.

1.11 - "The Scarecrow Returns"
As a Liberation team of scientists begin experimenting on the metal scarecrow recovered by Boone, the probe begins producing a series of Replicants who look and sound like the science team. And if that wasn't bad enough, the replication process causes a burst of energy which the Taelons begin tracing, sending a security team to the Liberation Headquarters.

1.12 - "Sandoval's Run"
When Agent Sandoval's CVI breaks down, he goes on the run, retrieving his wife from the asylum he had her committed. Boone and Lili are order to retrieve Sandoval if possible, but their primary goal s to kill him on sight. But when they discover Sandoval is trying to contact the Liberation Movement, Boone and Lili are faced with a moral dilemma - do they bring him to Doors knowing he will die as a free man, or return him to the Taelons allowing him to live as one of

1.13 - "Secret of Strandhill"
In Ireland, a thousand year old Taelon mosaic is uncovered, proving that a Taelon named Ma'el was on Earth before the Companions claimed. However, Da'an and Zo'or order Sandoval, Boone and Lili to work with Siobhan Beckett, the Irish Protector to uncover Ma'el's tomb, in hopes of finding a thousand year old message.

1.14 - "Pandora's Box"
In an attempt to create a Taelon warrior cast, a Taelon scientist named Ro'ha undergoes a secret experiment to awaken his shaquarava by injecting himself with human genetic material. The procedure is a success, but when Ro'ha begins hearing voices, he goes renegade, planning on killing the family of Sergeant Johnson, one of the soldiers who kidnapped Da'an.

1.15 - "If You Could Read My Mind"
When a Russian psychic invades the Taelon Commonality - a psychic link which exists between all Taelons, Sandoval orders her assassination. But when Katya reveals to Boone she knows he is part of the Liberation, she shares with him the truth about the Companion arrival. Boone acts as her Protector, but the situation intensifies when Boone discovers that the one trying to assassinate her is Judson Corr - the man who murdered his wife.

1.16 - "Wrath of Achilles"
The Liberations makes its first successful attack against the Taelons by infecting their systems with a virus which shuts down all Taelon technology. But when the virus spreads from the intended target to all Companion facilities, Earth is thrown into chaos. Meanwhile, the Liberation goes in search of Lili, when her shuttle crashes, leaving her and Da'an stranded in the middle of no where.

1.17 - "The Devil You Know"
Lili is removed from active duty when her father suddenly dies, forcing Boone to work more closely with Sandoval. But when an experimental Taelon weapon is stolen from Doors International, Lili begins secretly investigating it, uncovering a Taelon plot to capture Jonathon Doors, once and for all.

1.18 - "Law and Order"
Boone and Sandoval are chosen to represent Ro'ha in a human court where he is on trial for murder. Zo'or orders Sandoval to set Ro'ha up to be given the death penalty, while Boone does everything he can to save him, without exposing the experiment which cause Ro'ha to become a warrior. But the job isn't easy, especially when the prosecutor is none other than Joshua Doors...Jonathon's son.

1.19 - "Through The Looking Glass"
The Liberation uncovers a secret Taelon facility on the moon when Boone's sister Sarah announces that she is pregnant. After an examination by a Liberation doctor however, Boone discovers that the child isn't human - Sarah is part of a Taelon experiment using unsuspecting woman to carry Taelon hybrids.

1.20 - "Infection"
After the Taelon race becomes infected by deadly virus, one by one the begin to die. But when the virus mutates and begins infecting humans, the Liberation is forced to find a way to save the Taelons, before its too late for either species. The situation intensifies when it is discovered that the virus is man-made.

1.21 - "Destruction"
When the Liberation receives a distress call from one of the scientist who was working on the probe recovered from the Amish town, a team sets off for Russia to rescue her before the Taelons can access the probes databanks, uncovering the Liberation HQ and Boone and Lili's identities.

1.22 - "The Joining"
Ha'Gel, an ancient alien escapes from his prison and begins killing human women in an attempt to procreate. All available personnel are dispatched to find him, but the only weapons capable of killing him are skrills. But when Siobhan Beckett begins investigating Lili, believing that she works for the Liberation, she uncovers the Liberation Headquarters, forcing Doors to prepare for the ultimate confrontation.
