3.01 - "Crackdown"
Lili is captured by the Taelons and held prisoner for attempting to destroy the Mothership, while Liam and Augur escape the Volunteers with a little help from an unidentified woman. As they work to identify her and uncover the true assailant of President Thompson, Doors is forced to re-negotiate his relationship with the Taelons.

3.02 - "The Vanished"
With the state-of-emergency over, Liam begins investigating the disappearance of several Liberation members. He enlists the help of Renee Palmer from Doors International, the woman who helped free him and Augur from the Volunteers. Meanwhile, Sandoval begins preparing Lili for her final journey.

3.03 - "Emancipation"
When the Skrill Queen is stolen by a radical group of Resistance members, the Taelons loose their only source of weapons for their Protectors, causing Zo'or to consider implementing another state-of-emergency. Meanwhile, Liam is forced to question Renee's loyalties when he discovers she might be assisting the ones holding the Skrill Queen.

3.04 - "Deja Vu"
Liam and Renee begin investigating the possibility that the Taelons are invading the privacy of high-profile individuals using a new form of memory enhancing technology developed by Doors International. The investigation takes an unexpected turn when Liam discovers that the technology is already available on the black market and has been the cause of several unexpected deaths.

3.05 - "Once and Future World"
When several Taelon artifacts are smuggled into the United States from Peru, Liam and Sandoval begin an investigation. However, the closer Liam gets to uncovering what is really going on in Peru, the more he suspects that Renee has an alternate agenda.

3.06 - "Thicker Than Blood"
In a shocking turn of event, Augur betrays Liam, and the Liberation Movement to a man he used to work with named Max Pratt, causing the destruction of several Resistance cells. As Liam looks into finding Pratt, he soon discovers that he was actually betrayed by someone closer to home.

3.07 - "A Little Bit Of Heaven"
When Liam is framed for murder, its up to Renee to prove that the real killers are a pear of Taelon/Human hybrids created by Da'an when the Taelons first arrived on Earth. Meanwhile, the hybrid continue to kill in an attempt to create more people like them.

3.08 - "Pad'Ar"
Zo'or attempts to train humans as warriors by having the minds of decorated soldiers placed into the bodies of young athletes taking part in a new gladiator style game called Pad'Ar. Meanwhile, Liam begins investigating a new technology which links the minds of Pad'Ar viewers to the athletes participating.

3.09 - "In Memory"
When her shuttle is attacked in space, Lili soon finds herself on Earth years after the Taelons have left. As she attempts to accept the fact that she lost three years of her life because of Sandoval, Liam tells her she is actually being held captive on a secret Taelon facility.

3.10 - "Cloister"
After Da'an and Zo'or participate in an energy sharing as part of a religion known as the Cloister, members of the group are found dead, with the only clue as to who is doing it being a Taelon energy signature. But as Liam suspects the one doing the killings is not a Taelon, he discovers that Da'an has been tampering with the evidence.

3.11 - "Interview"
During a live television interview with Zo'or, a dying Resistance fan takes everyone in the studio hostage, exposing secret Taelon footage of experiments and Volunteer missions. As Liam and Sandoval try to stop her from killing anyone, the Taelons deepest and darkest secrets are revealed.

3.12 - "Keep Your Enemies Closer"
When Zo'or's shuttle, piloted by Liam crashes in the wilderness, Zo'or is mortally wounded by a piece of Taelon technology. As Liam considers whether or not to help the Taelon, T'than, the Taelon Minister of War arrives on the Mothership with a plan to have Zo'or removed as Synod Leader and to have Da'an take control.

3.13 - "Subterfuge"
Zo'or and Sandoval begin implementing a plan to have T'than killed via a portal accident. Meanwhile, Liam grows closer to a promising young artist, who also happens to be working for Sandoval to prove Liam is working with the Liberation Movement.

3.14 - "Scorched Earth"
Liam and Renee learn that the Taelons not only inhabited Earth during the S.I War, but they also deployed a devastating weapon to prepare humanity for their arrival by shattering the trust between nations, and forcing them to disarm. Meanwhile, a soldier left mutilated by the blast has rebuilt the weapon they used and has plans to destroy the Taelon Mothership.

3.15 - "Sanctuary"
After Zo'or is infected by an ancient Taelon plague, he goes on the run, taking refuge in an asylum. As Liam and Sandoval do what they can to recover him. Its a race against time to find Zo'or before the plague mutates, infecting humans, turning New York into a city of homicidal psychopaths.

3.16 - "Through Your Eyes"
In an attempt to kill all those who stand in his way, Zo'or undergoes a risky procedure to transfer is consciousness into the body of a human. He begins manipulating humanity into banning energy based weapons, the only ones that can harm a Taelon. But what he doesn't know is that it is killing him in the process.

3.17 - "Timebomb"
When Liam and Renee are trapped on board Ma'el's ship, a human who has been in stasis for hundreds of years awakens. He quickly takes control of the ship, announcing his presence to the Taelon Synod, putting them on trial for coming to Earth against Ma'el's wishes.

3.18 - "Apparition"
When Ku'don, a deceased Taelon returns from the Commonality to haunt Zo'or, Liam discovers that Zo'or is stealing money from Taelon co-ventures in the hopes of one day buying Earth, and everyone on it so he can do as he pleases.

3.19 - "The Fields"
Liam and Renee go undercover, infiltrating the Church of the Companions, where they believe people without any family are being shipped to a secret Companion facility where they are being used to create Kryss, a Taelon drug which helps them adapt to the Earth.

3.20 - "One Taelon Avenue"
Doors attempts to win back his son Joshua from One Taelon Avenue, a company in competition with Doors International which works closely with the Taelons. But when Renee resigns from Doors to work with Joshua, Liam and Doors soon discover that the Taelons are using mind control to ensure complete loyalty from its employees.

3.21 - "Abduction"
When a young woman who has been held aboard the Mothership escapes, Liam uncovers the lost relic of Ma'el, which not only proves that humanity is the lost evolutionary link between the Taelons and Jaridians, but shows that neither race can survive without the other.

3.22 - "Arrival"
Lili's shuttle crash lands on Earth carrying a Jaridian, forcing Zo'or to demand its return or he will declare war on Earth. Meanwhile, Sandoval makes contact with Vorjak, the leader of the Jaridians, so that together they can eliminate the Taelons.
